Fred has earned distinction by concentrating his litigation practice in areas catering to the commercial finance and construction industries. Fred’s aggressive and practical approach leads him to consistently recover the receivables and debts owed to his clients. Fred has been selected three times for inclusion in PA Super Lawyers-Rising Stars Edition in 2010, 2013 & 2014. Fred also has extensive experience in estate planning, estate/trust administration and fiduciary litigation.

Immediately prior to forming Nehr Law LLC, Fred was a partner at a small civil litigation firm in Chester County. Fred served as a Vice President of Financial Solutions within GE Capital’s Commercial Finance division before obtaining his law degree. While in law school, Fred served as Summer Clerk and as an Intern for the Honorable Jacqueline Carroll Cody within the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.  In addition, Fred interned with Vertex, Inc. within their contracts administration group.
